Go carts, 938 Tickets and Fun

This was the fun of the day! Uncle Brandon was the hero, he surprised the kids by taking them to the Beaufort fun park. The kids were so happy and excited. We had so much fun, we all rode the Go carts, even Valerie. She screamed and smiled the whole time. After Go carts we played a lot of games.

Look at Madisons expression after Brandon played Deal or No Deal. He won 75 tickets on this one.
Madison won 75 here.
I think Hayden and I won 150 tickets here.
Valerie was posing pretty for us at Haydens soccer practice.

A Visit from Uncle Brandon

Uncle Brandon Flew in on Wednesday the 5Th, we are so excited he is here! The kids are very happy to see him as you can see.
Madison is all about Uncle Brandon. She does not want to share him at all!
Our trip to Parris Island, I showed Brandon were Val works, and the museum. We took this trail to find the WW 11 Scout Bomber, we only checked it out long enough to see it, we were fighting the mosquitoes, and crabs crawling across the trail...Wildlife, got to love it!

Update on School

The kids are doing great in school, Hayden is in the Gifted and Talented program this year, he will attend this class everyday for an hour. This year is different for Hayden because he actually has homework every night for 30 minutes to an hour. The teacher told me the other day Hayden is not going to have a problem getting on the A honor role because he is very smart and has all the capabilities to do it! I'm so proud of him. The teacher says she has to tell him to stop reading his books during class! I told her," Well is that a good thing or bad thing him reading too much", we both giggled on that one. Madison is a super citizen, she is doing great as well. The homework is too easy for her. The first day of school Madison lossed her watch so she had a not so good day. Last week she found a watch but it was not hers, well this was Friday so it was too late to go back to school to return it into the lost and found. So I asked Madison where she got the watch and she said the teacher gave it to her, I didn't think that was correct so I asked her again. She said she found it but she knew who's it was. So this week she gave it to her last year teacher and come to find out it was her sons watch. Mrs. Straut went across the hall to talk to Madison's teacher Mrs. Wilson and she told her what happened, Madison then came home yesterday and said they called her a super super citizen and gave her a free meal to chick-fillet. She was so happy, she said," I told you mom that I was going to do what was in my heart", I couldn't stop smiling, Madison is a very good kid. I'm completely blessed with my children. You got to love these special moments in life.
